# FF&E for residences that are part of a hospitality asset

Serviced apartments, hotel residences and long-stay and seasonal units need hotel-grade durability with the feel of a home. We manufacture and install their FF&E and joinery to the same standard as our hotel rooms.

## Hotel standards, residential feel

Residences within a hotel or mixed-use hospitality development are let for longer stays and seasons, and often operated by the hotel. They take more wear than a private home, and they add kitchens, dressing rooms and living areas to the bedroom and bathroom, all finished to read as one design.

We manufacture the joinery, furniture, stone and metalwork, buy the rest direct, and install everything with our own team. The minimum order is 50 units.
