Architectural joinery, stone, metalwork and finishes for guest rooms, suites, corridors and public areas, manufactured in our partner's Ankara facilities and installed by our own team.

## Joinery

- Built-in wardrobes, minibar walls and luggage niches

- Timber wall panelling and bedhead walls

- Bathroom vanities and stone-topped counters

- Concealed entry doors, interconnecting doors and their hardware

- Reception desks, bars and public area joinery

## Stone, metal and finishes

- Natural stone for bathroom floors, walls, vanities and skirtings

- Metal fabrication, with bronze and chrome finishes

- Timber flooring, tile, carpet and wallcovering

- Plaster and textured wall panels

- Toughened and acid-etched glass for shower and WC enclosures, and mirrors

## Ironmongery and bathrooms

Door hardware, locks, fire door seals, wardrobe rails and fittings, sanitaryware, tapware and bathroom accessories are bought direct from the factories that make them, to your specification.

## Installation

Our installers are permanent staff who have worked with us for more than ten years, and they travel to install in Australia. We can also work with local contractors or your preferred installers. Licensed work such as electrical and plumbing connections is carried out with Australian licensed trades.

- Shop drawings and material submittals for your approval

- A complete prototype room built before volume production

- Pre-shipment inspection with photographs and measurements

- Every installed room snagged against the prototype
