# Custom modular, for the right project

We manufacture any architect's design as prefabricated components, with no limit on levels or architectural style, and we recommend it only when it genuinely suits the project.

## When modular is the right choice

Modular works when the architect, the builder and the owner or brand all agree it suits the project. If they do not, we will tell you, and recommend the route that does suit it.

Where we are delivering the interiors, we often recommend hybrid construction, combining modular components with traditional building. We can coordinate and project manage hybrid construction.

## Any design, not a catalogue of boxes

Every modular project is custom. Your Australian architect or certifier designs the building, for example to WELL requirements, and we turn that design into prefabricated components that are shipped flat and assembled on site.

There is no fixed module size. Each system is engineered around shipping container sizes and around the road, load and site access limits the components meet once they arrive in Australia, after detailed calculation for that site.

## One modular structure, any façade and interior

These visualisations show a single-storey custom modular design. The same structure takes a corten, dark or rendered façade, and the interior is finished in the joinery, stone and furniture we manufacture for hotels.
