# Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect personal information. Last updated September 2026.

## Who we are

Boxareno is a trading name of Blue Consulting Group Pty Ltd, ABN 23 109 337 788, of Hunters Hill, Sydney NSW. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

## What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and information about your project. When you email or call us we keep a record of that correspondence.

When you visit the site we collect information about how it is used, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These services use cookies and similar technologies to record pages visited, time on the site, device and browser type, approximate location, and how visitors move through a page. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you.

## How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver projects you engage us for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

## Who we share it with

We share information only where needed for a project, for example with Cocoplum Design Studio, our manufacturing partner, freight forwarders and customs brokers, and installers, or where the law requires it. Some of these parties, including our manufacturing partner in Türkiye and the providers of our email and analytics services, are located outside Australia.

## Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

## Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint about how we have handled it, by emailing [info@boxareno.com.au](https://boxareno.com.aumailto:info@boxareno.com.au). We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at [oaic.gov.au](https://www.oaic.gov.au/).
