A prototype room you can walk
We build a complete prototype room before volume production. Your team visits, walks it, and signs it off before anything else is made.
Installed by our own team
Our installers are permanent staff who have worked with us for more than ten years, and they travel to install in Australia. We can also work with local contractors or your preferred installers.
Price without a chain of margins
We manufacture furniture, joinery, metalwork and stone ourselves and buy everything else direct from the factories, in project volumes. One contract is not automatically cheaper, so we show you open-book pricing against comparison quotes.
One answer after handover
One party answers for every item: a 10-year warranty on the frame, the supplier's warranty on the fabrics your designer chooses, and spare stock supplied for your store.
What a package includes
Everything in the room, and everything to get it there
A Boxareno package covers guest rooms, suites, corridors and the public areas that go with them: the finished interior, from the floor and wall finishes to the last coat hook, plus the operating supplies.
Furniture
Loose and fixed furniture, casegoods, beds and headboards, seating and tables.
Joinery and fit-out
Wardrobes, wall panelling, vanities, concealed entry doors and architectural woodwork.
Upholstery and fabrics
Upholstery, leather, curtains, cushions and joinery fabric from global contract fabric brands.
Stone and metalwork
Natural stone for bathrooms and vanities, metal fabrication, bronze and chrome finishes.
Finishes
Timber flooring, carpet, tile, wallcovering, plaster and textured panels, glass and mirrors.
Bathrooms
Vanities, sanitaryware, tapware and accessories from established high-end brands.
Lighting and ironmongery
Lighting, door hardware, locks, fire door seals, rails and fittings, made to Australian specification.

Custom modular
Modular, for the right project
Any architect's design can be manufactured as modular components, with no limit on levels or architectural style. Each system is engineered around shipping container sizes and Australian road and site limits.
- We recommend modular when the architect, builder and owner or brand all agree it suits the project.
- Where we deliver the interiors, we recommend hybrid construction, combining modular and traditional building.
- We can coordinate and project manage hybrid construction.

Can you manufacture to our own architect's or designer's drawings?
Yes. We manufacture exactly to the specification of the project's registered architect or designer, in Australia and on our international projects. We work with other design studios as well as Cocoplum, and keep your client relationship confidential.
What is your minimum order?
50 rooms for a hotel FF&E package. When we supply the rooms we also supply the public areas, with no separate minimum. We do not take on a single public area, such as one restaurant, on its own.
How long does shipping from Türkiye to Australia take?
About 45 days by sea. Fumigation and certification are completed in Türkiye before the goods leave, so shipments arrive ready for Australian import clearance.
Do you supply OS&E as well as FF&E?
Yes. A Boxareno package can include operating supplies alongside the furniture, fixtures and finishes, so the rooms are handed over ready to trade.
