What we make, and what we buy direct
Our manufacturing partner in Ankara has designed, constructed and fitted out hotels since 1994. Its ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 10002 certified facilities manufacture the furniture, joinery, metalwork, natural stone and modular components for Boxareno projects.
Everything we do not make ourselves, we buy directly from the factories that make it, without a distributor in between. Many high-end European brands manufacture in Türkiye, and a single hotel order can call for hundreds of identical items. Buying at that volume means factories will produce to Australian specification for us, down to Australian plugs on lighting and appliances.
Licensed work such as electrical and plumbing connections is carried out with Australian licensed trades.
Specification
Built to your architect's specification
We manufacture exactly what the project's registered architect or designer specifies, in Australia and on our international projects. When the specification calls for certified timber, fire-tested fabric or a particular standard, that is what we supply, with the documentation.
For branded hotels we work to the operator's brand standards, and where it strengthens the guest experience we can suggest biophilic and neuroarchitecture refinements for the brand team to approve.
Where we work
Australia and Asia Pacific
We deliver across Australia and Asia Pacific, alongside international hotel projects. The team behind Cocoplum and Boxareno has designed and produced 33 hotel and resort projects in 15 countries, more than 3,900 guest rooms.
Our minimum order is 50 rooms for a hotel FF&E package, with the public areas included when we supply the rooms. For serviced apartments and hotel residences the minimum is 50 units, and 30 units for custom modular.
