Designer and manufacturer in one contract

Cocoplum Design Studio is a hotel interior design practice in Hunters Hill, Sydney, that designs on the evidence of how people respond to space. Boxareno is how those designs are made. One contract covers design, manufacturing, delivery and installation, so the room that is installed is the room that was designed.

We also manufacture for other architects, interior designers, owners, developers and builders, wherever our manufacturing and delivery add value to their project. When we work with another designer, we keep the client relationship confidential and can work under the designer's name.

A manufacturing partner with hotel experience since 1994

Hotel and resort work began in 2021, when Ozge Fettahlioglu partnered with a school friend whose family company has designed, constructed and fitted out hotels since 1994, beginning in construction and architecture. Its furniture and joinery manufacturing in Ankara is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002.

Through that partnership the team behind Cocoplum and Boxareno has designed and produced 33 hotel and resort projects in 15 countries: Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Croatia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, Venezuela, Georgia and the Netherlands. More than 3,900 guest rooms have been delivered, from 92-key city hotels to a 700-room five-star property.
